I have previously tried a juice based cleanse program.
I never feel sluggish after a big meal.
I keep my body hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day.
I avoid eating starchy foods such as pasta, rice or bread.

I seldom crave coffee, sugar or alcohol.
I have a regular exercise plan (at least 2 – 4 times per week).
I try to eat large salads everyday.
I am with in a few pounds of my ideal weight.
I would rather watch what I eat today than indulge and ‘burn it off’ the next day.
I include at least 2 servings of fresh fruit and at least 3 servings of varied vegetables in my daily diet.
I avoid foods that take away my energy.
I don’t smoke.
I limit consumption of alcohol.
I avoid eating desserts.
I live a healthy lifestyle.
My skin is glowing and I look younger than my years.
